Aries (21 March to 20 April)
Aries is the sign that represents new beginnings and you are likely to be starting a new cycle now as the year begins. You may feel, like many star signs, that you are leaving a lot of troubles or delays behind you with 2009 and that this year will be a chance to move on. Well you're right! Because it is! Some of this is influenced by Pluto in Capricorn which will square your sign. There may be some power struggles because of this, especially if you are born early in Aries, but generally its good because its about burning out worn out energies and situations in your life. In late January a conflict between Saturn and Pluto could make you feel like you're not fitting in somewhere and may make you reassess what you're doing on a day to day basis. But it's the :beginning of a new beginning? for you Aries so try and go with the flow.
Taurus (21 April to 21 May)
Taurus is the sign that enjoys the good life perhaps more than any other sign , except maybe Leo and Pisces. You are ruled by Venus so your focus is often sensual pleasure but you cherish your friends and it seems this year 2010 will be a time that both of those will be important. There are vast improvements in health issues for Taurus this year, many of whom have had to struggle with health issues in the last few years as the planets have been opposing us all in that area but especially you bulls, thanks to bad old Saturn! But things change now. Travel may be on your mind in January and the 11th is highlighted for fun! As from the 15th Mercury is no longer retrograde so no more communication problems. Jupiter in Pisces from the 17th sees you contemplating long term goals and that may really involve career and self esteem issues.
Gemini (22 May to 22 June)
Mercury, your ruling planet, is not just about communication but is also about movement and you, Gemini, like moving around! and this year you will certainly get a chance to do that! Its quite a busy planetary picture this year! Pluto, the planet of transformation is in Capricorn, and will remain there for a decade and this will influence business for you and nudge you forwards from now on. You may be feeling that something needs to change in your life and this is the year when that is finally likely to happen. Just beware of your stress levels in the process. Due to the movements of Neptune this year in Aquarius this gives you a great chance to change things and actually brings lots of new and exciting people into your life and spiritually it means there should be a great enhancement. Uranus enters Aries on May 27th and for you this may be the time you start looking to change or alter your career path for the better.
Cancer (23 June to 23 July)
You are ruled by the most emotional of the heavenly bodies of all dear Cancer, that is the moon. You are naturally nurturing and that will never be more apparent than in the year to come. It is likely to be a very busy year for you guys! Pluto in Capricorn this year suggests that there will be some big breakdowns and changes in business and work for you but these are positive changes leading you to some new beginnings in that area. Saturn conflicts with Pluto in late January and again in late August and that can bring some challenges into your life at those times too. However there is much energy around you this year and especially if you have planets in cardinal signs like yours. You will probably break from some daunting situations and make a new start, as is the trend for most star signs this year. Just keep swimming!
Leo (24 July to 23 August)
The Heart Rules the fixed sign of Leo and being a stable sign life changes can throw up all sorts of things emotionally for you. This year will most likely do that! There is health and there is being attractive and there may be some strange conflict between those two things for you guys this year. Trying to get the balance, that could work, between the two things to work! Mars, the planet of action, makes a quincunx to Pluto in mid Feb and mid April which will bring more change and movement into your lives then. Neptune is going through your opposite sign of Aquarius, this could be very confusing and irritating energy depending when you were born in your sign. If you were born very late in Leo you may even decide to completely change your life and cut a major influence out of your life because of this. Many may also make firm decisions to become healthier this year, so it may be that you can stick to new years resolutions! Not easy for Leo! Now there's a challenge for you!
Virgo (24 August to 23 September)
Your sign ,and that of Gemini ,share ruler ship by Mercury which makes communication very important for you all., but for you it's the influence that planet has on logic and order that really count and those gifts really come into play during the next few months of 2010. Pluto continues its journey through Capricorn which affects you in the way that it will make you want to make changes in your life. Its almost an inner growth that you wont be able to stop affecting the outer world that you live in. Your reality will change because of
that. Uranus starts the year in Pisces and because of the movements of that planet up till May you could be dealing with lots of unexpected energy, you may feel that something is always disrupting the peace. On May 27th Uranus goes into Aries which means the energy will start to flow in your life more easily and you may feel less hassled or pressured. By April 26th you should be feeling much calmer and maybe you could have some fun again?
Libra (24 September to 23 October)
Because a few of the ?outer planets? change signs this year it will impact on your life quite a bit. Pluto is already having a big effect on you. Planet of birth, death and extreme transformation its travelling through Capricorn, and can bring extreme changes for you now. You may however have to deal with annoying people in the process. Grrr! Uranus in Aries will definitely see to the changes being dramatic in the next few months but generally for the better. People may come and go a great deal during this period. Just try and go with the flow. Things are likely to be up for review in your life now so you are likely to be blowing the dust off a few things, this is a general astrological trend for most signs as 2010 is likely to be a huge time of change for the better for all of us. When Jupiter goes into Pisces things should get quite exciting for all of us.
Scorpio (24 October to 22 November)
As you are ruled by Pluto , its no wonder you are so intense sometimes and this is likely to be a very intense period. There are likely to be changes with home and general security and relationship issues while you test out the new life that is coming in over the coming months. One of the great things about being ruled by the most intense planet is that you are able to constantly reinvent yourself, this is also due to being a water sign and most water signs at the moment are going through transformation, generally for the better. After last year things could hardly be much worse for most. Pluto, your ruler is going to be in Capricorn for some years to come and will nudge you gently towards change and clearing things out in your life that are tired or worn out. You may even go through some kind of image over haul. You may make some important connections in Feb and its who you know rather than what you know that's going to be important during the months to come. So it's a time for networking and new connections and
movement around the home. It's a bit like you are shedding a skin!
Sagittarius (23 November to 21 December)
Your sign is a mutable (or flexible) one and that means that you are rarely in one place for long but why should you be when there is a whole world to discover. There is a great deal of celestial activity this year that will affect your sign in particular. Neptune the planet of illusion is in Aquarius still, as it moves this year, your intuition and psychic ability will increase. It may also be a time when you start learning more and opening up to new ideas. You may also become more creative and healthy or start to develop those sides of yourself more. The Saturn-Uranus opposition is still going on and is quite powerful as far as you're concerned! This will be about you creating a new lifestyle for yourself even to the point of your day to day routine and health and beauty care changing. Its going on now and in the coming months but in late April it will really start to hot up! And so might you !After that you probably wont recognise your life from the way it is now!
Capricorn (22 December to 19 January)
You are the zodiacs most responsibility orientated star sign and this year that particular trait will be challenged for you. It is sad to say that you will be working when you could be playing! And the universe is about to throw that back in your face this year. The biggest astrological event for you this year has already begun, Pluto transiting through your sign for years to come. It's a visitor that has strange effects. Pluto brings about changes for you with energy and transformation on a personal level. Pluto will clear out the past which of course will make way for the new for you all. One door has to close for another to open sometimes. Pluto also has a large effect in late January when you may have to be defensive and protect what's yours and protect yourself. This energy also returns in August so that may be another vital month of change for you Capricorn. The energy will effect you most strongly if you were born early in Capricorn. Like most star signs it should be quite a transformational year as we head towards 2012.
Aquarius (20 January to 18 February)
The past may be on your mind a great deal as you go into 2010, this could be part of you making way for the future. It may be a time of some healing by going back through your life and remembering good times and the lessons you have learned through the bad times. Jupiter enters Pisces on the 17th Jan and then your financial situation should improve a great deal and a bit more freedom will come into play for you all. Venus is in your sign as of the 18th followed by the sun on the 19th and you are likely to feel invigorated and energised at that time. Your social life is also likely to improve a great deal and to be quite important for you as far as networking is concerned. A change of image could be fabulous for you right now just as you go into the new year which is likely to bring some great changes for all star signs. The full moon on the 30th has some very intense energy for you with it. It may also add some sizzle to your love life. So people around you may become quite passionate! Some new business ideas will come into play in February, but January is better for getting love up!
Pisces (19 February to 20 March)
Last year was absolutely ghastly for most Pisceans or at least very dramatic . A number of major planets change signs this year bringing transformation from within yourself. Jupiter in your sign is massively important and beneficial now, it contacts Pluto in early Feb and that especially brings positive change and amazing opportunities. You may connect with some very powerful people that can help you at that time. A congenial contact to Pluto from Mars in Virgo in the summer can add extra impetus. Generally for all of you it will be a lucky year (at last) leaving behind the madness of 2009. Mars amps up Pluto's energy in mid-Dec and you might feel the need then to release old and outworn patterns as will many star signs at this time. A Major planetary influence for all of us has been the opposition between Saturn and Uranus and in Late April this will really kick start your energy and get you working towards the goals you must achieve rather than just what you want to do. Be prepared for a much happier year!
