Intuitive Horse

Whether you love horses, or like me, are a little nervous of them, you might be surprised at just how much they can teach us about ourselves. Horses have evolved to be intuitive herd animals, and it's this that forms the foundation of the healing relationship they can form with us. This month I was fascinated to learn about The Twinoaks Intuitive Horse Centre near Ringmer who offer the opportunity to learn about yourself and find who you really are. I spoke to Emma Colyer, the centre's founder, who explained more. "With the horse as teacher, this is your chance to discover how to work 'with' your emotions comfortably and find your own answers in life. We encourage people to connect with their intuition and trust it.
