A Little bit of 'Me Time'

We all rush around, hectic work schedules, household chores, so taking a few hours out of your day to reward yourself shouldn't really be a luxury, more of an opportunity to revive yourself ready for the next set of challenges.

So what better way to relax than to visit Utopia Spa at Rowhill Grange. On arrival I was greeted and given a tour of the Spa, then provided with the usual robe, towel and footware and left to enjoy the hydro and swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Joining the other guests for lunch, there were plenty of tasty options.

I enjoyed a starter of Herb Crusted & Pan Fried Mediterranean Sardine served with Tomato Salsa & Black Olives, followed Pumpkin & Pecorino Romano Raviolis, Wilted Spinach, Pine Nut & Rocket.

But my main reason for visiting Rowhill Grange was to sample their new treatments using Temple Spa products. Temple Spa is an exclusive product found in niche stores and spas, boutique and 5-star hotels, luxury cruises and first & business class cabins of international airlines.

The products used in Utopia Spa, have a mediterranean seasoning, as the couple who devised the range, looked at how long people in the mediterranean lived & their lifestyle & wanted to include those ingredients within their products.
While most Spa products come with a hefty price tag, I was pleasantly surprised at the affordability of such wonderful products.

During the "My Kinda Skin Facial' I drifted off as the light and fragrant products were applied. I woke feeling refreshed and enjoyed the rest of my day relaxed and stress free!
