New to the Natural Fitness Centre

Local beautician Liz Bowie, has this month has started to offer natural beauty treatments at the Natural Fitness Centre in Eastbourne.

"People are becoming more and more aware of the chemicals in their skincare products" explains Director Alison Brown "so I'm really excited to have Liz and eco-conscious spa brand SpaRitual on board" she goes on. "They're vegan-friendly, paraben-free, organic and naturally coloured with things like annatto, turmeric and beetroot" explains Liz, who offers a full range of treats from manicures and pedicures to waxing, sugaring, and even spray tanning.
