New School of Biodanza
Set to open on the weekend of 10th & 11th September in Richmond. Biodanza has been blossoming around the world since 1976 and now has over 100,000 participants, 150 schools in 54 countries and over 2,5000 certified facilitators.
The system has an ever growing number of devotees in the UK.
Rolando Toro Araneda, the Chilean creator of Biodanza often expressed the wish to see the whole world dancing as a way to create happiness.
There is no doubt that dancing and expressing oneself through authentic movement is a fun way to feel healthy and alive, opening your sense of joy and self awareness.
By experiencing Biodanza regularly these aspects can become integrated into your daily life. The group is paramount to this growth and along with the 3 directors of the school, provides a safe and caring environment.
The new school in Richmond will offer weekend workshops on the second weekend of the month for approximately 9 months of the year. The fees are set at £107 per weekend.
It is possible to join the school to enjoy the process of connecting from the heart with oneself and the other members of the group or, if you want to train to become a Biodanza teacher you have the choice, after 18 weekends, to continue for a further period and complete the recognised training.
There is also the option to come in the afternoons on one or both days to simply enjoy, at a reduced price, the unique experiences created by the "vivencia" fully lived instant, which enable us to be in the moment with each dance and excercise, inspired by the carefully chosen music.
