Facial Acupuncture
Champagne and custom-made corsets were on the cards when Kent’s newest skin centre threw open its doors to the public.

The opening of the new Evolution clinic in Canterbury was certainly a celebration of life.  Staff sported body-hugging corsets designed by City corsetiere Velda Lauder (corsetiere to the world’s top models and burlesque dancers) as they demonstrated the wide range of life-changing treatments available.

Osteopath Paul Gould demonstrated cranial and facial osteopathy while leading plastic surgeon John Davison discussed ‘nose jobs’, breast enhancement (and reduction), tummy tucks and liposuction with visitors. Fellow director Helen Porter, who has lectured on tattooing techniques both at home and abroad, explained how tattooing techniques could be used for scar concealment, tattoo removal, and semi-permanent make-up to eyes, lips and brows.

From manicures and make-up, facials, fillers and microdermabrasion, acupuncture and osteopathy, the Evolution clinic offers every treatment right through to a full facelift.

Evolution is at 20 Burgate, a stone’s throw from Canterbury Cathedral, and is open six days a week, with late nights on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
