Each month we produce a newsletter which is emailed to our readers and online members, we have a few opportunities for companies to be featured on the newsletter which link through to a page on our website about their business. So if you have a new treatment, special offer or are organising an event or retreat why not make use of our growing database.

Our ongoing campaign
We have created a postcard campaign which is delivered to homes throughout Kent on a monthly basis. These postcards are also available to our usual distribution outlets as well as those who do not receive the magazine. Why not sponsor the postcard for £95 and have your details printed on 10,000 postcards.
We will actively promote the website through our database, forums, reader offers and competitions giving you access to thousands of local people interested in their health and wellbeing.
