Is your energy ready to move?

This year's Bodyworks Spring Intensive weekend combines Deep Bodywork, Authentic Movement and Dance of Awareness. "We will give our bodies some serious - and playful - attention using breath, touch and focusing techniques" says Brighton-based body psychotherapist Tim Brown.

"Bioenergetic work will help to get your body energy flowing more easily, and movement will encourage grounding, expressing, releasing and connecting". The intensive is particularly designed for people with an interest in exploring movement and bodywork in a spirit of self discovery.

There will be opportunities to work individually, in pairs and as a group. No special skills or experience are needed - just a willingness to be moved by your own impulses, and share what emerges in a safe and supportive space.
