Talking to Tristan

Before he'd even drawn his first breath, Tristan Morell had already qualified as a clairvoyant. Half-French, he was born on water (sign of a psychic) as his mother travelled to France by ferry. Here he tells Frances Barnes why psychic skills and Astrology can lead to Wellbeing.

 

FB: Tell us more about your work and practice in the UK and internationally.

TM: One-to-one Clairvoyance and Astrology readings are central to my practice, and I also offer home visits for Tarot parties. I work in London, Brighton and Eastbourne and in fact internationally through my website and Skype. I have clients all over the world, in all Continents. I use a variety of techniques, and I'm also qualified in palmistry, reflexology, aura analysis and wax derivation, a fascinating prediction method with candles and water which I learnt in Thailand. Later this summer I'll be in Spain, making a series of TV programmes about my work for Sol TV and commuting between Rojales, Alicante and the UK. FB. When did you first become aware of your psychic skills?

TM: From as far back as I can remember. As a tot, I used to play with spirit children in our garden at home - I thought everyone did! When I was very young I vividly recall suddenly "seeing" my uncle materialise where my grandmother and I were sitting alone. Within an hour we had a phone call saying he had died. Again as a child, I stopped my mother from drinking a cup of water. I didn't know it but she had carelessly put bleach in the cup to clean it - I was just sure nobody should drink it. Now I'm used to psychic experiences. They happen all the time.

FB: How is Astrology helpful to health/wellbeing?

TM: I'm here to help, guide and encourage - not to preach or be judgmental. Both Astrology and Clairvoyance can alert you to good times ahead and lighten up those inevitable reality checks when the going gets tough. I never really understand the sceptics - after all, we live on a planet. And we know the importance of the sun and moon on all of us, so it follows that other planets have a bearing and influence on our lives.

FB: What transits are common to all signs during April and May?

TM: Mars through Leo in May, and Venus entering Cancer followed by Jupiter moving into Aries in June should bring unpredictable fun with lots of twists and turns for all of us during the next two months.

FB: Do you have more women clients than men, and what are your most asked questions?

TM: When I first began practising, about 20 years ago, my clients were 95% women. Now it's 50-50, men and women, all ages and backgrounds. Similarly, questions people ask are changing. Love and relationships used to predominate. Now both men and women are asking about money, jobs, travel and health - which is why I love being part of Wellbeing magazine! These days, I think Astrology is now more assimilated into day-to-day life; its part of the mainstream.

FB Can we all learn to be Clairvoyants and Astrologers?

TM: Yes definitely. Everyone has the ability to be psychic and intuitive, and to study Astrology. Just as with dancing and singing, some will have a natural talent and be more gifted, but we can all learn the skills. I'd love to sing, but I'll never be George Michael!
