Tapping into your Potential

Well, I'd say wow! Then I'd say, no such thing exists and that's what I did think until I discovered EFT.
As a professional hypnotherapist I am well aware of the power of the mind and how, under the proper circumstances, dramatic changes can be made to help people get what they want. However, I didn't really have any answer for those who found hypnosis threatening or who could not achieve a hypnotic trance or for whom the hypnotherapy process didn't
really make much difference. Now let's keep our feet very firmly on the ground. Using EFT won't fix everything and it won't always completely fix some things it does improve, but it's remarkable how often and how quickly benefits are realised.
I often demonstrate EFT with cravings or fears just to show people how real the effects are. I once helped a dog phobic caller to a radio Kent show to feel more comfortable about dogs in less than two minutes. I also helped a 'chocaholic' newspaper reporter to not want to eat the bar he had brought with him for our interview and even to unthinkingly leave it behind on my desk. Other examples are: the instant removal of a headache in a client who had come to see me for something else and similarly completely removing a fear of public speaking in five minutes before getting on with the real job of helping the client quit smoking. All of these are real issues, and all resolved almost immediately.
I like to see people face to face but I don't have to. EFT can be effectively applied remotely either by telephone or, as I have already done, on air. EFT deals with emotions and collapses negative emotional structures that support the presenting problem. My skill is not in the application of EFT, because that's easy to do, it is in the identification of the emotion/event relationships known as 'aspects' and collapsing them, finding new ones and collapsing them also until the entire structure disappears. Negative emotions are bad feelings, feelings you don't want, pain, fear, craving, sadness, worry, anxiety, guilt - all of the negative emotional drivers that support unwanted feelings or behaviour. Compulsive behaviour, like addiction to drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, food etc. is supported by an emotional need or void, negative bad feelings that drive this behaviour and unless those negative emotions are removed forever some artificial behavioural pattern will be sought to satisfy them.
The tapping associated with EFT realigns the body's energy system whilst a specific aspect is in focus, collapsing that aspect for all time. It stimulates specific points on the energy meridian system whilst the negative feeling is actually being felt. It's a real tool and the benefits are identifiable right away. You may feel you owe it to yourself to at least look in more detail at how it could help you.
