Do you like technology, especially gadgets and games? Here at Wellbeing Magazine we are always looking for new and interactive technology to help transform your heath and wellbeing. This month we have tested the latest software 'Alive' and 'Relaxing Rhythms' (formerly Healing Rhythms), to train the player for stress relief, peak performance and improved mental wellbeing.

Playing games engineered to help you better manage stress and achieve better emotional and mental balance is a new idea for many people. While many of us have played racing games and computer games to bring about excitement and entertainment, over the last few years we have been introduced to the idea of using gaming software and hardware for sports, fitness and also relaxation.

When the Nintento Wii hit the shops with Wii fit, we were inspired to get fit using our games console, now you can de-stress at your computer at home or in the workplace.


Alive Software
