Voice Dialogue Workshops in Brighton

Head & Heart Initiatives and Voice Dialogue UK are proud and excited to bring Voice Dialogue to Brighton. John Kent who has studied extensively with the founders of Voice Dialogue, Hal and Sidra Stone, will be leading the workshops.
Voice Dialogue is a powerful way of exploring the different parts/selves we have inside us. A series of three workshops at quarterly intervals will explore relationships, self-esteem and dreams through understanding and exploring Voice Dialogue.
The three workshops are:'Building Healthy Relationships - Loving Me Loving You' on Saturday 5th June, 'Befriending Your Inner Critic' on Saturday 4th September, and 'Decoding Your Dreams' on Saturday 4th December.
They will be held at the Dialogue Centre, 24 Windlesham Road, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 3AG. 10 am-5pm. £55 per workshop or special discount rate of £150 if all 3 are booked in advance.
They will appeal to those who are interested in personal development and are open to discovering a novel and powerful way of exploring the self and relationships.
