What is Emotional Freedom Technique?

EFT is a Meridian Energy Therapy, part of the fastest growing healing system in the world of physical and mental health. This group of therapies can help just about everyone to achieve genuine freedom from the emotions that have created problems in their lives. The treatment balances the body's energy field and many psychological and emotional problems and issues often resolve rapidly and fully, never to return. EFT was designed and developed by Gary Craig, a Stanford Engineer, from Dr Roger Callahan's Thought Field Therapy or TFT.

Like acupuncture, EFT works directly on the meridian system in the body.
