What is Modern Hypnotherapy?
Hypnosis is part of a natural process that we all use, even if we are not aware of it, to deliver instructions to our subconscious mind. We are constantly analysing the environment we are in and we react accordingly. If this process becomes too intense, we often feel the results as anxiety or stress.
By providing a more suitable instruction to our subconscious mind, using hypnosis, we can relieve the symptoms. This is, however, often a short term result, but amazingly helpful for exam nerves, fear of flying, giving presentations and other similar problems.
Hypnotherapy combines this natural process with a therapeutic approach and provides the one to one support and understanding required for long term relief.
