To celebrate the 200th anniversary of Mexican Independence Day, Discovery are offering five lucky readers a chance to win a hamper (RRP £75), filled with Mexican goodies. With everything you need to create your own fajita fiesta at home. Includes a selection of great-tasting Mexican products from Discovery, plus a top-quality fajita skillet. Visit Discovery at the Brighton & Hove food festival on Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 Sept at Jubilee Square, Brighton for a fiesta filled with food, fun and entertainment for the whole family. A Mariachi band, a troupe of Mexican dancers, craft stalls, piñatas, face painting and chefs on stilts will keep visitors of all ages entertained throughout the day, while they enjoy samples of Discovery fajitas or buy freshly prepared Discovery fajitas and tacos.  Visit Mexico, the Mexican Tourist Board, will also be on hand with information and inspiration for those thinking of travelling to this vibrant country.

With a Guinness World Record attempt at 3pm on Saturday 11 September set to be a key attraction, Discovery Mexican Independence Day will be tremendous fun for families, friends and foodies and promises to be a great weekend with something for everyone.

Entry is free to the Mexican Independence Day event in Jubilee Square and the event is planned to coincide with the famous Brighton & Hove Food Festival.
