Q: I have just been diagnosed with Polycystic Ovaries and told that pregnancy is unlikely, is there anything I can do?
Saturday, January 1st, 2011

If you are thinking of getting pregnant for the first time or planning to have another baby it is best to start getting your and your partners body into optimum shape and health at least 3 months before you are planning to conceive. This health and fitness programme should include stress reduction, stopping smoking and alcohol. Three months is also a good gap between IVF treatments. It gives your body a good chance to recover physically and emotionally.

Reflexology and acupuncture are often hailed as the two key therapies to assist with fertility issues of conceiving, having a good pregnancy and for promising a shorter labour. She had been given fertility drugs to have all three of her children and she then thought if only she had known of reflexology then.
