Sally Gunnell OBE is the greatest female athlete this country has ever produced and the only woman in history to have ever concurrently held all four major championship gold medals - Olympic, World, Commonwealth and European as well as the World record. As an energetic mother of three, Sally is always keen to draw on her wealth of knowledge and experience to help inspire and encourage families to get active and healthy.

Wellbeing Magazine: Hello Frederique, you've been teaching Yoga for over 10 years now... How did you get into it?

Frederique Sardais: By accident, like a lot of us! I started whilst I was travelling around Australia with a friend who did his Astanga self-practice. I was shocked at how challenging it was, and was hooked! His parting gift was a copy of Light on Yoga by BKS Iyengar. After a few years I decided to take it further. So Australia again!

Known as an awesome tool for improving memory, problem solving, goal setting, visualisation and communication, Mind Mapping is apparently used one way or another, by in excess of one billion people.

For the launch issue of Wellbeing Magazine London we wanted to bring you a big name.

I first met Magnus at a business breakfast meeting in Crowborough. An unlikely place to meet a 6ft 7" African masseur, dressed in full African robes. That was four years ago and since then Magnus has worked his magic at our Wellbeing events, my father-in-laws 60th Birthday and last year at our wedding.

A few years ago I attended my first personal development seminar, Unleash the Power Within with Anthony Robbins, by the morning of the fourth day I was exhausted but eager to hear the next speaker.

Before he'd even drawn his first breath, Tristan Morell had already qualified as a clairvoyant. Half-French, he was born on water (sign of a psychic) as his mother travelled to France by ferry. Here he tells Frances Barnes why psychic skills and Astrology can lead to Wellbeing.

 

A few years ago I came across a video interview of a woman who had been healed of Cancer without the use of medication or surgery. I remembered her shining eyes, radiant smile and soft voice as she spoke of emotions and repressed cell memories, how they remain stored in the body, holding you back emotionally and physically and the importance of learning forgiveness to allow the body to heal.

When someone is diagnosed with a life threatening illness an individual can deal with the news in different ways; submission to the inevitable, a philosophical view but handing over responsibility to the medical profession awaiting a cure or there are those who take responsibility for their outcome, often treading a difficult path of inner soul searching.
