I am always amazed at the knowledge we have gained from the past, using simple herbal remedies to soothe sore throats, reduce inflammation and aid digestion, applying simple breathing techniques to reduce stress and symptoms such as asthma, and simply by being grateful we can change our perception and improve our overall happiness.
