Enjoy a week away at the wonderful retreat centre Huzur Vadisi in Gocek, Turkey 24 Sept - 1 Oct 2012. There will be two 2-hour yoga sessions each day. The morning yoga session will include dynamic postures to warm and invigorate the body and mind, pranayama (breathing exercises) to cleanse the lungs and increase the vital energy of the body, deep relaxation to release tension and stress.

Zodiac Yoga is rhythmic, flowing and strong using music going deep into postures as well as pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation to calm the mind. Zodiac Yoga works with the moon phases and the astrological signs and provides you with the tools to counterbalance this impact.
It was through a period of crisis that Lisa turned to yoga. She had already been practicing yoga on and off since the age of 19, but it was only between the ages of 28-30 that she took to it more seriously, when she became ill and her Father passed away. It was through this intense period of mourning and recovery from illness that she realised her need to make a huge change in her personal and professional life.
