As this magazine states: ‘Wellbeing - The state of feeling healthy and happy.’ It sounds so simple and it actually is, once we understand the art of ‘Allowing.’ Allowing is a state of opening and receiving and the opposite of resisting. When we resist, we are in a state of struggle and opposition.
