Wellbeing uncovers some of the latest footwear trends to nurture your feet!
A new poll of 2,000 people from The Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists found almost 4 in 10 women knowingly buy shoes that don’t fit them. The survey reveals that 37% of women wear uncomfortable shoes as long as they’re fashionable and 17% of men admit buying the wrong size. Perhaps not surprisingly, a massive 80% of the women surveyed reveal that they have suffered foot problems like corns and in-growing toe nails.
Tea lovers can make a brew to support the Royal National Lifeboat Institution's (RNLI) volunteer crew with the new Lifeboat Tea range. Each of the full bodied, flavoursome teas raise invaluable funds, with 7p from every pack sold going directly to the RNLI to help train and equip the charity's dedicated volunteers*.
Over 165 million cups of tea are consumed daily in the UK** and if each of these brews was a Lifeboat Tea, up to a staggering £231,000 could be raised for the RNLI every day.
