Biography: Clare Robinson - Sports and Remedial Massage

My clinic specialises in sports massage, rehabilitation and excercise programmes for the sports person or for the non sporty person. I deal with all sorts of soft tissue injuries, bad backs necks and shoulders, tennis elbow, knee, hamstring and calf muscle problems.

I also do relaxing swedish massage to help relieve tight tense muscles.

Simply stated, start with what you can already do and what you want to do, and then improve it. Fitness includes cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, power endurance and flexibility.
