Biography: Madeleine Böcker BA (Hons.), Dipl. Psych., MA, MBACP,

Madeleine Bocker MA, Dipl. Psych., MBACP is an accredited Transpersonal Psychotherpist and counsellour. After her first incarnation as a Courtauld-trained Art Historian, she worked in a private psychiatric hospital in York for six years, and has been working in private practice, seeing individuals and couples for six years in Maida Vale, West London. Madeleine has a strong background in research and has been working for a number of years on the connection between boredom and depression. She also works on the entanglements evident in the macrocosm of society (e.g. wars and racism). Madeleine has published in the UK and in Europe on psychotherapy as well as economics.
Madeleine's work is holistic and she has a long-standing interest in the connection of mind, body and soul for growth and well-being.
