Biography: Nia Thomas - Complementary TherapistNia's path to reach complementary has been filled with twists and turns! She originally became interested in alternative therapy while at University where she was studying Law and Japanese. She joined a society and met her Reiki Master.

After University, she accidentally stumbled on a job in the NHS and worked her way up the career ladder while studying part-time MSc in Strategic Management and Public Services.

In the summer of 2004 she became very ill and turned originally to reflexology and then to acupuncture.

She went to the annual alternative healing show in Cardiff Uni's Great Hall and had an aura photo taken. The feedback was breathtaking and was told that she had great capacity to do something with her interest. From that moment she decided it was time to take the leap and booked on a Reiki and Reflexology course. The rest, as you can see, is history!!!
