East Sussex
As we near the end of 2009, it is a good time to reflect on the highs of the year. With so much doom and gloom over the past 12 months it can be easy to lose sight of the positive changes you have made and the good times you have shared with friends and family.
Take a few moments to be grateful for all that you have and all that you have achieved (no matter how small) and think about your plans for the coming months and how you can celebrate the end of one year and the beginning of the next.
Enjoy this months edition and see you all in 2010. Rachel Branson
