Written in the keys of the Chakra tones associated with each crystal, the album is a musical interpretation of the metaphysical qualities of 12 popular crystals. Low frequency drones have been incorporated into each track to reinforce the link with the relevant Chakra tones and to enhance the relaxational effects. With each track running at around 6 - 7 minutes, the tracks provide an ideal background for working with crystals. Each starts with the same distinctive sound to signal the track changes to the therapist.
