Spring is finally here...doesn't the air feel and smell so good? Really energising and uplifting. All those daffodils brightening up your day and surroundings. One of the best times of year to shake off the last of winter and perhaps think about making some kind of fresh start in your life, take on a new project or challenge, re-visit old plans made and not yet begun, make steps towards positive changes, seek out a better way of doing things to help yourself and others around you.

Wishing you a healthy and happy 2011 and abundance in all areas of your life.

This time of year is when we often reflect on the year just gone and the year ahead of us. At a personal level I remember a fresh spring full of new beginnings, an outstanding late summer and a fresh, clear, white and wonderful winter with amazing landscapes (so beautiful in the Kent countryside) and how so many people and communities came together to help each other when weather and road conditions were at their worst.
