Biography: Dean Whitby - Publisher Dorset Edition

My favourite colour is blue, I support Arsenal FC and I have a beautiful daughter called Jessica who's 6. The life I used to lead was like most of my generation an extremely unhealthy life with an unbalanced diet consisting of all the wrong foods and copious amounts of alcohol and cigarettes, a party animal. I reached a point 4 years ago where I wanted to lose weight and began to look after myself. Through diet and exercise I lost 6 stone.

The life I lead now is generally healthy, eating nutritious foods, drinking lots of water and exercising. I came across Wellbeing Magazine through my sales job and was so impressed I took on a franchise opportunity in Dorset. It seemed right and has opened my eyes to lots of fabulous business' I now try to use as much as possible. It's my firm belief that the phrase ‘everything in moderation' is healthy.

Wellbeing Magazine's Dorset edition and its Publisher Dean Whitby would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year.

We thought as an added addition to our local news we will keep you up to date with the news within Wellbeing Magazine, call it the gossip. Since our launch in July 09 we have had the privilege of meeting many inspirational people from businesses all over Dorset and with completely different business offerings. We'd like to thank all those business' and business people for their support, guidance and advice and contributing to a successful first 6 months for the magazine.
